Epiphone Les Paul Custom | 1998 Made in Japan

Built in September 1998 at the Fujigen factory for the Japanese domestic market, this LPC-80 Les Paul Custom has the Gibson-style open-book headstock JDM Epiphones are known for, a vintage-accurate long neck tenon for sustain, and a premium-grade rosewood fingerboard with pearloid block inlays. It plays comfortably with no fret wear across the medium C mahogany neck, and the long tenon joint makes it feel genuinely solid and resonant even played acoustically. Worth knowing before you buy: the bridge pickup casing is cracked and the neck pickup appears cracked and possibly glued, though both work perfectly electronically, and there are two small holes from a scratch plate removal, with the plate itself included.
