How do you pack a guitar for shipping?

We use heavy-duty cardboard boxes with foam padding, neck support, and bubble wrap around the body. If the guitar has a hard case, we pack the case inside a second box for extra protection.

Do you offer local pickup instead of shipping?

Absolutely. Nothing beats playing a guitar before you decide. Come into our Rose Bay shop, try any guitar on the wall, and take it home the same day.

Which courier do you use?

We use Australia Post with signature on delivery for most metro areas.

Can I track my guitar once it ships?

Yes. Every order receives a tracking link via email and SMS as soon as it leaves our shop.
