Epiphone Emperor Regent, 2011 (Korea)

This 2011 Epiphone Emperor Regent is absolute jazz perfection. It was built in Korea in 2011, the final year of this model's production run before Epiphone shifted production to China, and they absolutely nailed it on the way out.

If you're chasing that classic, smoky Joe Pass or Wes Montgomery vibe, this is your ticket. It features a massive, resonant archtop body built with a select spruce top and beautiful laminated maple back and sides. That combination gives it huge acoustic resonance paired with crisp note definition, all showcased beautifully under a stunning Natural finish. It features that iconic, floating mini-humbucker, letting the top vibrate completely freely.

The whole guitar is in immaculate condition and a total showstopper on stage. It features gorgeous, multi-layer body, neck, and headstock binding that really makes the outline pop, alongside gleaming gold hardware, a vintage-style Frequensator tailpiece, and those striking V-block pearloid and abalone fretboard inlays. The frets are pristine with absolutely no fretwear, so it plays buttery smooth all the way up the neck.
Come grab it off the wall and plug it in: these single-pickup Regents do not stick around long!
