Early 2000s Fender Blues Junior used tube combo for sale. Made in Ensenada, Mexico. 12" Eminence speaker. 3 x 12AX7 preamp tubes. 2 x EL84 power tubes. Spring reverb. Fat switch. Black chicken-head knobs. Good condition. $900.
The Blues Junior is a highly revered 15-watt tube combo praised for its portability, warm mid-forward punch, and excellent pedal platform. Following Fender's transition from USA to Mexico in 2001, this iteration uses a redesigned cream-coloured circuit board. The Fat boost can be toggled using the push-button on the panel (footswitch not included). Classic Fender cleans break up into smooth, compressed blues overdrive when pushed.

Sound and Tone
Warm, mid-forward Fender tone. Clean headroom with smooth break-up when pushed. The Fat switch adds low-end girth. Spring reverb adds depth. Takes pedals well.

Portable 15W combo. Simple control layout. Great for home, studio or small gigs. Classic Fender tube tone.
Condition
Good cosmetic condition. Perfect working order. Tolex is clean with no rips or scuffs. Silver grille cloth is tight with no snags. Equipped with Groove Tubes. Reverb works well. Original white text labels under knobs have worn away (common on these chrome plates). Some dial numbers remain visible. Knob layout: Reverb, Master, Middle, Bass, Treble, Volume.
