Greco M700 Mirage, 1980 (Japan)
This 1980 Greco M700 Mirage carries the body shape Ibanez sold overseas as the Iceman, the same shape Paul Stanley played through KISS's biggest arena years, built here under the Greco name for the Japanese domestic market.
The neck has that perfect, broken-in feel to it, fast and comfortable, and the body has real sustain, you can feel it humming.
It's loaded with the original Maxon U-1000 humbuckers: bite and crunch through a loud amp, cleaning up with a warm, woody tone when you back off the volume.
Minimal fret wear, and the finish is in excellent condition.
