The Mozztronics EM-1 Echo Machine is a handcrafted delay pedal designed to emulate the character of vintage tape echo units. Built in Melbourne, it prioritises musicality over harsh digital precision, with repeats that naturally degrade for a warm, organic feel.
The PT2399 delay chip is famous – but Mozztronics added something different: LFO modulation to the delay time. The result is a lush, chorus-like modulation that brings standard echo to life. Turn the LFO off with the footswitch for a classic delay, or dial in the High/Low depth range switch to find your sweet spot.
 
Controls: DRY (dry signal volume), WET (echo volume), F-BACK (feedback/repeats), DELAY (time between echoes), RATE (LFO speed), DEPTH (modulation intensity). Depth switch for HI or LO range.

At Mozztronics we are dedicated to keeping 9V batteries out of landfill. All Mozztronics pedals run on a 9VDC to 12VDC power supply, 2.1mm center negative, except for the Tube Driver TD-1 and Valve Preamp VP-1 which use a 2.1mm power socket and an external 15VAC to 16VAC power supply. It is important to NOT plug the AC power supply into a pedal designed for a DC power supply. AC power supplies are marked TD-1 only or VP-1 only.
