This 7041 is from Marshall's DBS, Dynamic Bass System, line, the brand's premium bass cabinet series of the 1990s, built in Great Britain with thick birch plywood and metal corner protectors for the road. The 4 x 10" speaker configuration plus horn gives a deep, tight low end from the rear bass-reflex port, and the horn attenuator toggle switch lets you dial in exactly how much top-end brightness you want for slap or fingerstyle playing.
