Fender TL-71 Telecaster ‘71 Reissue 2007-08
This 2007-08 Fender Japan TL-71 Reissue has a translucent US Blonde finish and build quality on par with USA-made models. The ‘71 spec has that classic, clean look, and the neck profile is comfortable, not too chunky, but with enough meat to dig into your chords. Sonically, it delivers exactly what you want from a great Tele. You get plenty of that signature early-70s bridge-pickup bite and twang, paired with a warm, woody neck pickup tone that rounds things out nicely.
This specific one is in showroom condition, with no fretwear and a clean finish aside from a small, purely cosmetic mark on the back of the neck. All the hardware is original, featuring the period-correct 3-barrel steel ashtray bridge and F-stamped sealed tuners on the headstock. For a twenty-year-old guitar, it looks and feels barely played.
