Fender Player Series Stratocaster | 2019 Tidepool Metallic

This 2019 Player Series Stratocaster, the range that replaced the old Mexican Standard line in 2018, comes fitted with an upgraded Free-Way 10-position switch rather than the standard 5-way, so alongside the usual Strat tones it unlocks series humbucker-style sounds, all three pickups together, and a neck-bridge parallel Tele-style setting. One thing worth knowing before you buy: the wiring has been modified so the middle tone knob now controls volume, with the original volume knob disconnected, a deliberate mod rather than a fault, and the Free-Way switch itself works perfectly. Condition is very good, with only minor dings and a small cosmetic hairline crack at the neck pocket, no fretwear at all.
