Available now is a 1998 Gibson Les Paul Standard in Ebony finish from the Nashville plant. The late 1990s are often considered a sweet spot for Gibson USA production, with excellent wood selection and attention to detail.
This Les Paul has recently had a professional setup with low, smooth, easy action. The neck is in exceptional condition with absolutely no fret wear. The original tuners have been replaced with Grover tuners. While the front of the body shows some exposed wood, these areas have been professionally sealed and smoothed over with a lacquer touch-up, ensuring a tactilely seamless feel while playing.
