Van Diemens' fuzz pedals are based on the classic 2 transistor MK1.5 Tonebenders. These pedals can come with a variety of options, but all are created with 60s NOS or reclaimed germanium transistors and NOS or reclaimed capacitors and resistors.

This one has Valvo OC45, NKT OC81 transistors. Piber, Allen Bradley resistors. Philips, WIMA capacitors. Dailywell footswitch. Alpha potentiometers. Neutrik jacks. Left knob controls the overall output volume, right knob controls the amount of fuzz or gain applied to the instrument signal.

Pedal comes standard with an external nine volt power socket.

The Thylacine was named in honour of the beautiful and now sadly extinct Tasmanian Tiger (Thylacinus cynocephalus) that left our planet in the mid-1930s.

Each pedal is handcrafted in Tasmania, one at a time and can take up to 3 - 8 weeks to produce.

These are an excellent choice for anyone wanting to add some disruption to their audio, they sound unbelievable!

We are the only shop to stock Van Diemen's Effects here in Sydney.

Comes with box, bag and paperwork.
