Ibanez ATK300 - MIJ - 1997 - Natural
Ibanez ATK300, made in Japan in 1997. This is an incredible bass if you’ve been looking for something sonically versatile.
The single ATK-A triple humbucker and its control options are just incredible. Powered by a 9V battery, the 3-way selector is used for switching between traditional (single coil with a high-cut filter), bright (single coil) and attack (humbucker with parallel sound). Control knobs are for bass boost/cut, mid boost/cut, treble boost/cut and master volume. So yes, there are plenty of ways to bring out a variety of sounds!
Pickup is mounted in the ATK4 bridge. This bass features a double-cutaway ash body bolted to a maple neck with a 22-fret maple fingerboard. Chrome hardware and Wilkinson open-gear tuning machines.
In great condition overall, with no fretware whatsoever. Two small holes have been drilled on the face of the bass, just above the bridge and pickup. Slight hardware deterioration. Very light lacquer crack at the cutaway.
