This is simply exceptional...
A 1977 Norlin Era Gibson Les Paul Standard is a stunning example of beautiful vintage design and incredible performance.
Featuring a carved maple top with a mahogany body, maple neck with a bound rosewood fingerboard adorned with pearl trapezoid inlays. Gibson tuners, chrome hardware.
The original humbuckers sound awesome!
Has been given a full setup and service. It has had a re-fret at some point in its life and shows zero fretware. It now plays better than ever with an awesome low action!
Overall in great condition, there is a moderate amount of playwear visible around this guitar. Most visible being the back of the neck, caused by playwear where the finish has come off, shown in photos. On the back of the neck near the headstock there is the mark from where it has rested in the case. The bridge pickup also has some of the nickel missing.
Considering the age of this LP, this is pretty amazing to see one that looks so lovingly cared for over its lifespan.
Comes with the original moulded Gibson Chainsaw Case.
Weight: 4.82kgs.
At Guitar Garage our focus is to refurbish and restore all guitars to the highest standard. Low action and playability is important to us. Our philosophy is "A guitar that plays well, sells well".
