Fender Stratocaster - USA - 1979 - Dakota Red
A super slick Fender Stratocaster, made in the USA in 1979. The one houses the classic 70s features that we all know and love, with its big headstock, 3-bolt neck, and bullet truss rod. The sound of this guitar is just awesome.
This Strat has had a few modifications made to it. The body has been refinished to what is akin to Fender’s Dakota Red. This guitar has also been re-fretted and neck refinished. The neck and middle pickups are the originals, but the bridge pickup has been replaced. Other replacement parts include the saddles, string trees, back cover and the pick guard. The jack plate has been changed.
In good overall condition. Mild fretware. Some case rash on the corners of the guitar. The neck is super clean overall; lines from the refinish are visible at the base and just below the headstock. Very minor checking is present on the back of the guitar.
Comes with case and tremolo arm.
