A wicked Fender Aerodyne Jazz Bass AJB-58, made in Japan 2003/04. This Aerodyne bass is unique both visually and sonically, combining a PJ pickup configuration and bound, contoured body of the Jazz Bass. Hard not to love the matching headstock as well.
 
Featuring a basswood body and a maple neck capped with a slab rosewood fretboard, delivering a smooth, balanced natural acoustic quality. The pickups offer the thump and growl of the Precision split-coil, balanced by the midrange cut and articulation of a Jazz Bass single coil at the bridge. 
 
Overall in good condition, very little fretware. Moderate wear to the scratch plate. Some blemishes around the edges of the body.
