Sleek made in Japan EVH Wolfgang Special.
 
This is one of the earlier models with some key differences including country of manufacture (Japan, as opposed to China or Mexico), headstock variations and overall build and parts quality as well as quality control.
 
The body is made from basswood, with a cream-bound maple veneer. The quartersawn maple neck is capped with a birdseye maple fretboard with black dot inlays and a 12”-16” compound radius. There is zero fretware. The headstock features a locking nut and EVH tuners. The EVH Floyd Rose locking tremolo is equipped with an EVH D-tuner for quick and stable drop-D tuning. The heel-mount truss rod spoke wheel allows for easy truss rod adjustment. Strap buttons have been replaced with DiMarzio Cliplock strap buttons, and strap and lockers are included.
 
Two direct mount EVH humbuckers are controlled by a classically Eddie simple 1x volume and 1x tone configuration as well as a three-way selector switch, all working perfectly.
 
There is essentially no cosmetic wear present on this guitar aside from some light rub marks around the strap buttons.

Has had a professional setup and plays low and smooth as any EVH should.
 
Comes in its original EVH hard shell case with paperwork and a DiMarzio Cliplock strap.
